Winery Notes:
Seven sites, harvested and vinified separately. The Arroyo Grande site was fermented de-stemmed; the Santa Maria Valley and Sta. Rita Hills sites fermented with 25% whole cluster. Each single vineyard lot was aged separately for 13 months in neutral 59gal barrique, before coming together in tank one moon before bottling.
